Rent Due:
All rental fees are due in full, upon arrival, payable by check, money order, or cash.

Refunds:
No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, late arrivals, early departure, or "no shows".
A full refund of the reservation deposit with at least 30 days notice. No refund with less then 30 days notice.

Reservation & Security Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure and confirm a reservation. This deposit will also serve as a security deposit. The security deposit will be based on rate of stay.

Security Deposit Refund:
After a satisfactory inspection of the cottage, the deposit will be returned by mail.
Any damages or excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from this deposit.
